EASEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into thisday of August _19--(111
by and between Gerald S. Rubin
hereinafter called "Owner", their heirs, executors, administrators, agents or
assigns, and the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation of the State of
California, hereinafter called "City", its assigns and successors in interest.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, iity has title to and owns that real estate and real property C
located in the City- of Redlands , County of San Bernardino, State of California,
described as follows:
That portion of Block Lugonia Parks as per plat recorded in
Book 4 of Taps, Page 50, Records of saLd County., described as
f ol.lows :
A strip of land 15 feet in -width, lying 7.50 feet on each side
of the following described line:
Beginning at a point 12.Ll feet south of the north line of said
Block "1•Z" and 1002.69 feet westerly of the east line of said
Block 11H11;
Thence south 890 08t 30" east., parallel with said north line,
300.00 feet;
Thence south 810 451 19" east., 295.78 feet to the west lire of
Lot Ll, said Block 1311".
AND WHEREAS, Omer desires the right to construct., place., operates inspects
naintaLn.q repair and replace sewer mans in the above described Location..
NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby agreed as follows:
The Ci.tydoes hereby grant, assign and set over to Owhqran easement and right
to perfom the above described work. The grantee herein agrees to remove or relocate
all facilities and plant fixtures placed on the above described Lot., under the right
created by this easerient, at its own expense and at such ti r.e as the public conven-
ience map so require.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said easement, right and right -of -way unto the
City, its successors or assigns for a period of indefinite duration.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands and seals
this. Today of 1960.

CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE
This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed
by Easement dated August 5, 1963, from the CITY OF REDLANDS,
a political corporation and/or governmental agency, to Gerald
S. Rubin, is hereby authorized by order of the City Council on
August 20, 1963, and the grantee consents to recordation thereof
by its duly authorized officer.
