Kindly review your records and see what you
can find about the Dugonia Park Property apparently obtained
by the City by two deeds in 1911.
wj of the Park by Deed Dated March 4th, 1911,
from Frank Melicharek and Marie Melicharek,
Recorded in Book 462 of DEEDS page 389 on Mar.27,1911
and
EQ from labette Gagel for 43,000.00 Deed dated Mar.1,13]1
recorded on April 6th, 1911, in Book 468 of Deeds Page369.
Look over the Council Minutes around these dates and
see if this property was purchased or dedicated "FOR PARK PURPOSES"
We should have these two old Deeds in our posesession.
I will be in L. A. most of the day tomorrow and I
would appreciate ghat can be located on this subject.
