PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING SERVICES FOR A
PRIVATE PROJECT
This first amendment ("First Amendment") to the Agreement For The Provision of
Professional Environmental Consulting Services ("Agreement") dated March 13, 2020 by and
between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation ("City"), and LSA Associates Inc
("Consultant"), is made and entered into this 21st day of August, 2020
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Consultant to amend their existing Agreement
to extend the time for completion of the services to January 31, 2021,
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Consultant agree as follows
AGREEMENT
Section 1 Section 4 1 of the Agreement, titled "Performance of Services," is hereby
amended to read as follows
"4 1 Consultant shall perform and complete the Services in accordance with the project
schedule The Services shall commence on the Effective Date of this Agreement and be completed
on or before January 31, 2021 "
Section 2 The project schedule contained within Exhibit "B" of the Agreement is
hereby deleted in its entirety, and substituted with a new project schedule in the form attached
hereto as Exhibit "1 "
Section 3. All other provisions of the Agreement, shall remain unchanged by this First
Amendment and in effect
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this First Amendment, to be effective
as of August 21, 2020
