TERRITORY: Zone B consisting generally of Santa Barbara, Ventura, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino Counties and Los Angeles County east of the San Gabriel, Rio Hondo and Los Angeles rivers, all as specifically described in Preliminary Statement. To series systems at the secondary side of constant current regulating transformers, which shall be located at a point or points agreed upon by the consumer and the Company; and 2. To multiple systems at the service locations and at the standard lamp voltage designated by the consumer. (b) Consumer except as hereinafter:provided will furnish and maintain all utilization equipment for series systems beyond the secondary side of constant current regulating transformers and for multiple systems beyond the service locations designated by the consumer. (c) Lamp Maintenance Service under this schedule is optional with the consumer.When lamp maintenance service is furnished by the Company, the total charge shall be the sum of the Energy Charge and the Lamp Maintenance Charge.Lamp maintenance service furnished by the Company shall include the following service to lamps and globes: 1. Renewal of lamps, after the original installation by the consumer. 2. Regular inspection. . Periodic cleaning of globes not to exceed four cleanings per year. 4. Labor of replacing lamps and globes. Under provision (4} lamps for renewal will be'furnished when needed by the Company and globes will he furnished by the consumer from stock held at central'locations, accessible to agents of the Company for obtaining replacements, or at the consumer's request, the Company will furnish globe renewals when needed and will bill the consumer for them. (d) An optional maintenance service is available at a charge of ten (10) cents per lamp per month which includes all of the service of Special Condition (c) except that lamps for renewal are furnished by the consumer from stock held at central locations accessible to agents of the Company. (e) For existing installations of any consumer formerly served under Schedule LS-2, C. R. C. It is our understanding that proper resolution had not been passed by the City Council, authorizing the signatures on the aforementioned contract. As soon as such resolution is passed or necessary authorization granted., will you kindly attach certified copy of same to the contract and return to this office for execu- tion.
