ises commonly known as 1381 E. Citrus Avenue Redlands, California
Exhibit A and outlined in red in Exhibit B which Exhlbits are

LESSOR and LESSEE presently desire to amend said lease agreement. Now therefore,in considerj.

ation of the premises and $10 in hand paid each to the other,receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,said
lease agreement shall be and is hereby amended as follows:
1. TERM. The lease is hereby extended for a term of (2) two years commencing
on September 1, 1999 and continuing until August 31, 2001 under the
same terms and conditions of the present lease.
This Amendment No. one is to be effective the f> r-qf-- day of

in all other respects said lease agreement is hereby ratified and reaffirmed. Executed this
