LESSOR and LESSEE presently desire to amend said lease agreement. Now therefore,in considerj. - ation of the premises and $10 in hand paid each to the other,receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,said lease agreement shall be and is hereby amended as follows: 1. TERM. The lease is hereby extended for a term of (2) two years commencing on September 1, 1999 and continuing until August 31, 2001 under the same terms and conditions of the present lease.
