TERM. This lease is hereby extended for a term of two (2) years commencing on September 1, 2001 and continuing until August 31, 2003 under the same terms and conditions of the present lease. This Amendment No. two is to be effective the first day of September , �ot�1 in all other respects said lease agreement is hereby ratified and reaffirmed.
