AMENDMENT NO. Two SUFFDC/LEASE NO.01-02
On the Atn day of SPptP ,hpr 1997__ __,7-Eleven, Inc.,(formerly known as The
City of Redlands
Southland Corporation)as LANDLORD and u,.dj����as TENANT,entered into a
,lease agreement covering the premises commonly known as 1381 F C;,-r„q Aypn., Redlands California
and more filly described in Exhibit A,which Exhibit is attached thereto and made a part h +f
LANDLORD and TENANT presently desire to amend said lease agreement Now therefore, in
consideration of the premises and$10 in hand paid each to the other,receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
said lease agreement shall be and is hereby amended as follows:
1. TERM. This lease is hereby extended for a term of two (2) years commencing on September 1, 2001
and continuing until August 31, 2003 under the same terms and conditions of the present
lease.
This Amendment No. two is to be effective the first day of September ,

in all other respects said lease agreement is hereby ratified and reaffirmed. Executed this 22nd
day of June 2001
