FOR CRIMINOLOGICAL RESEARCH
On March 2&,2012 the CITY OF REDLANDS("REDLANDS")In the State of California entered into
an agreement with the POLICE FOUNDATION("Police Foundation"),a not-for-profit corporation
located at 1201 Connecticut Ave,N.W.,Suite 200,Washington,DC,20036 for criminological
research(Attached,Appendix 1).The parties have agreed to amend this contract as described
below.
Section 2,Subpart A is replaced in its entirety by the following:
A. Project 1:National Institute of Justice Cooperative Agreement 2010-DE-BX-KO06
With respect to NU cooperative agreement 2010-DE-BX-K006,the period of
performance("Term")shall begin on April 1,2012,and shall not extend beyond June
30,2013,("End Date),unless mutually agreed in writing by both parties and subject
to approval by the Funding Agency.
Section 3,Paragraph 1 is replaced in its entirety by the following:
This is a fixed price contract.The maximum amount payable to the Police Foundation
under this agreement Is$308,090.58.The payment schedule is as follows:
Section 3,Subpart A is replaced in its entirety by the following:
A. Project 1:National Institute of Justice Cooperative Agreement 2010-DE-BX-KO06
In consideration of the services to be performed by the Police Foundation under NIJ
cooperative agreement 2010-DE-BX-K006,the Police Foundation shall be entitled to
compensation in the amount of$48,684.
All other terms and conditions of the original contract shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties have executed this Amendment on the dates set forth below
to be effective as the date first written above.
