This first amendment ("First Amendment") to the Agreement for the provision of
construction quality assurance services for the California Street Landfill Phase 4 Expansion
("Agreement") dated December 17, 2019, by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal
corporation ("City"), and Geo -Logic Associates, Inc ("Consultant"), is made and entered into this
15th day of September, 2020
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Consultant to amend their existing Agreement,
specifically to extend the time for completion of Consultant's performance of the Services,
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Consultant agree as follows
AGREEMENT
Section 1 Article 4 1 of the Agreement, titled "Performance of Services," is hereby
amended to read as follows
"4 1 The term of this Agreement shall commence on its Effective Date and terminate upon
completion of the Services by Consultant and City's written acceptance of the same, unless
otherwise terminated by a Party as provided for herein "
Section 2 All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this First
Amendment and in effect
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this First Amendment, to be effective
as of September 15, 2020
