The District has reviewed your request, has no objection to a time extension and hereby amends Standard
Provision No. 1 of the permit as follows:
1. The extended term of this permit shall expire on May 15, 2018. The District will consider an extension
to the permit term upon receipt of a permit amendment application at least 30 days prior to the
termination date.
All other provisions of the original permit shall remain unchanged.
