A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
ADOPTING AMENDMENT NO 2010-3-A TO THE REDLANDS GENERAL
PLAN FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2010
WHEREAS, in accordance with Government Code section 65353, after holding a noticed
public hearing, the Planning Commission of the City of Redlands has reviewed proposed amendment
number 2010-3-A to the Redlands General Plan (the "General Plan Amendment") and made a
written recommendation for adoption of that amendment to the City Council of the City of Redlands
("this City Council"), and
WHEREAS, notice of this City Council's public heanng for the proposed General Plan
Amendment was published in the Redlands Daily Facts by the Redlands City Clerk, and
WHEREAS, following the public hearing on the proposed General Plan Amendment, at
which this City Council provided opportunity for public testimony, this City Council determined that
adoption of the proposed General Plan Amendment is in the best interests of the public health, safety
and general welfare,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands that
the following amendment for the calendar year 2010 to Redlands' General Plan be adopted
Section 1 Amendment No 2010-3-A The General Plan Open Space and Conservation
Element is hereby amended by substituting the specific trails map attached hereto as Exhibit "A," for
the existing trails map identified as Figure 7.1 of the Open Space and Conservation Element
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 3rd day of August, 2010
