A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
DEDICATING A SOURCE OF REVENUE FOR THE PAYMENT OF ANY AND ALL
CLEAN WATER STATE REVOLVING FUND AND/OR WATER RECYCLING FUNDING
PROGRAM FINANCINGS FOR THE CITY'S RECYCLED WATER PROJECT NO 7449-110
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands as follows
SECTION 1 The City's water user ehaiges arc dedicated as the source of revenue for
payment of any and all Clean Wates State Revolving Fund and/oi Watei Recycling Funding
Program financing foi the City of Redlands' Recycled Watei Project (CWSRF Project
No 7449-1 10) This dedicated source of revenue shall remain in effect throughout the tern
of such financing unless modification 01 change of such dedication is approved in writing by
the State Watei Resources Control Board
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 21st of July 2009
