A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF 1 HE CITY OF REDLANDS
DESIGNATING THE MAYOR AS AUTHORIZED REPRESENTA I'IVE FOR EXECUTION
AND FILING OF ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS RELATING TO r'HE APPLICATION FOR
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FROM THE S PATE WATER RESOURCES CONTROL BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City ot Redlands as follows
SECTION 1 The Mayo! is authorized to sign and file, foi and on behalf of the
Municipal Utilities and Engineerng Department, a Financial Assistance Application for a
financing agreement trom the State Watei Resources Control Board foi the planning, design, and
construction of the City of Redlands Recycled Watei Project
SECTION 2 The City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor, or his designee, to certitv
that the City has and will comply with all applicable state and tederal statutory and regulatory
requirements related to any financing or financial assistance received from the State Water
Resources Control Board
SECTION 3. The Mayor, 01 his designee, is hereby authorized to execute a financial
assistance agreement trom the State Water Resources Control Board and any amendments of
change orders thereto and certify financing agreement disbursements on behalf of the City of
Redlands
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 21st of July, 2009
