On April 18, 2017, the City entered into a Purchase and Sale Agreement (Agreement) with you for
the purchase of property at 1205 and 1225 W Redlands Blvd Section 4 1 2 1 of the Agreement
provides that the City has 75 days to conduct due diligence review of the property However, the
due diligence period was subsequently extended through October 23, 2020 to allow further
environmental review of the property
Please be advised that the City Council moved to terminate the agreement on October 20, 2020
While City Council has elected not to pursue purchase of the property based on the terms of the
prior agreement, we remain open to considering alternate offer's in the future
