LANDLORD and aaTENANT,entered into alease agreement
covering the premises commonly known aa Citrus and more fully described in
Exhibit A and outlined in red in Exhibit B which Exhibits are attached thereto and made a part hereof.
LANDLORD and TENANT presently desire boamend said lease agreement. Now therefore,inconsideration nfthe
premises and$10 in hand paid each to the other,receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,said lease agreement shall be
and ishereby amended aofollows:
TERM The term of this lease shall be extended for an additional two(2)years commencing September
1.20O5and expiring August 31.2007.
This Amendment No. 4isk`beeffective the first dayof
