A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND ANY MEMBER OF THE CITY
COUNCIL TO EXECUTE FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE CITY ANY
ACTIONS NECESSARY FOR THE PURPOSE OF OBTAINING FEDERAL
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROVIDED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF
HOMELAND SECURITY
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Redlands as follows
Section 1 That the Mayor of the City of Redlands, and any member of the Redlands
City Council, is authorized to execute for and on behalf of the City of Redlands, a public entity
established under the laws of the State of California, any actions necessary for the purpose of
obtaining federal financial assistance provided by the federal Department of Homeland Secunty
and sub -granted through the State of California
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 3rd day of November, 2020
