Re: Rental Agreement Extension for Nutrition for Seniors Program

Enclosed is a fully executed Amendment No. 1 to the Lotter of Agreement between the City of
Redlands and Community Services Department for the Nutrition for Seniors Program.
The draft lease agreement for the new facility has been forwarded for review to our Risk
Management and Real Estate Services Divisions for review/changes. As soon as we receive their
comments, we will forward them to you.

LETTER OF AGREEMENT

COMMUNITY SERVICES DEPARTMENT OF SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY
The Letter of Agreement entered into and between the City of Redlands and the
Community Services Department of San Bernardino County on February 1, 1994, shall
be amended as follows:
