THIS AMENUMENT TO LEASE entered into this 11th day of December,
1961, by and between the City of Redlands, a Municipal Corporation.,
hereinafter called Lessor and the State of California, by and through its
duly appointed, qualified and acting Adjutant General, hereinafter called
the State,
TTI TNESSE Th:
WH&UFAS.* the parties hereto entered into lease dated September 2,,
1948, covering certain premises in the City of Redlands, and more particularly
described in said lease; and
WHEREAS., it is the desire of the parties hereto to have released
from said lease a portion of the demised premises and to substitute therefor
a different parcel;
NOW,, TH11WORE, it is hereby mutually agreed by the parties hereto
as follows:
1. The description of the premises hired from the lessor under said
lease is hereby deleted and the following inserted in lieu thereof.*
"All that real property in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino,
State of California, described as:
That portion of the Northeast Quarter of Lot or Block 28, Barton Ranch,
as per plat recorded in Book 6 of Maps, Page 19, Records of said County,
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the South line of Colton Avenue,, a
street of 82.5 feet right-of-way, and the West line of Texas Street., a
street of 80 feet right-of-way; thence along said West line of Texas Street
South 01" 001 0711 East 458.82 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGWING; thence
South 01* 001 0711 East 159.66 feet; thence South 890 381 250 West 619.86
feet; thence North 010' Olt 45" West 220.27 feet; thence Southeasterly along
a curve of 3500 foot radius concave to the Northeast, whose initial radius
bears North 13* 421 3811 East through an included angle of 050 171 2811 a
distance of 323,22 feet; thence North 880' 591 51" East 303.95 feet to the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING."
2. Except as amended herein, all terms and conditions of said
lease remain unchanged and in full force and effect,
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Amendment to Lease has been executed
in quadruplicate by the parties hereto the date first above written.
