This Lease is made and entered into this 1E& day of
1987, by and between OAKTREE PLAZA, a partnership, and the CITY OF
REDLANDS, hereinafter called, respectively, Lessor and Lessee.
RECITALS
Lessor is the owner of certain real estate situated in the City of
Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California, consisting of
two professional office buildings comprised of two suites located at
317 West State Street, Suites A and B, and two suites located at 321
West State Street, Suites A and C.
IT IS AGREED between the parties hereto as follows:
AGREEMENT
1 . DESCRIPTION OF PREMISES: Lessor hereby leases to Lessee, and
Lessee hires from Lessor, on the terms and conditions hereinafter set
forth, those certain premises known as 317 West State Street, Suites A
and B, consisting of approximately 2, 150 square feet of office space
and 321 West State Street, Suites A and C, consisting of approximately
1, 450 square feet of office space, including parking privileges, as
more particularly described hereinafter (the "Premises") .
