This agreement entered into this 10th day of January, 1978 is between
the Redlands Unified School District, herein called District, and the City
of Redlands, herein called City, to wit.
District shall make available to City an office at 33 West Lugonia in
the north end of the building now housing the PTA Clothes Closet and the
SYRAM offices. Said office to be used as a Community Service Center until the
completion of permanent facilities now under construction at the corner of
Lugonia Avenue and Washington Street. District further agrees that existing
utilities, electricity, gas, and water, may be used by City.
City shall staff the facility with City employees to the extent it
deems necessary.
City shall hold District harmless against any claim filed against
District as a result of City's use of said office and shall present District with
a Certificate of Insurance naming District as an added insured under its in-
surance coverage.
City may install telephone service as it deems necessary and pay all
costs connected therewith.
City may make reasonable use of parking area located east of said facility.
City shall pay District the sum of one dollar ($1 .00) as compensation for
use of facility, payment to be made at the time City vacates property.
This agreement may be terminated at any time by either party upon written
notification delivered thirty (30) days prior to said termination.
