AERIAL MAPPING AND LAND SURVEYING SERVICES
This first amendment("First Amendment") to the agreement for the provision of aerial
mapping and land surveying services dated July 26, 2012 ("the Agreement"),by and between the
City of Redlands, a municipal corporation ("City")and Aero Tech Surveys("Consultant")is made
and entered into this 18th day of November 2014.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Consultant to amend their existing Agreement,
specifically Section 5.1,to increase Contractor's total compensation for the provision of certain
services;
NOW,THEREFORE,the City and Consultant agree as follows:
AGREEMENT
Section 1. Section 5.1 of the Agreement is hereby amended to increase the Consultant's
compensation and shall read as follows:
"5.1 The total compensation for Consultant's performance of the Services shall not
exceed the amount of One Hundred Thirty Seven Thousand Dollars ($137,000). Consultant shall be
compensated for the Services at the rates and in the fixed amounts set forth in Exhibit"B,"which is
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the parties have executed this First Amendment,to be effective
as of November 18,2014.

We are pleased to provide this cost proposal for the above mentioned RFP. '
Andaal Mapping: Based on past performances we have determined that the budget for performing the annual
topographic mapping and volume calculations event is S15,000.00. This includes the ground control survey, flight
planning, acquisition of aerial imagery, aerial mapping volume calculations comparing previous years' surface, digital
orthophoto and certification of compliance with R4onal Water Quality Control Board requirements.
On-Call Services: Based on past performance, we estimate a budget of$1,700.00 to 52,300.00 a month for typical land
surveying activities for fill operations,miscellaneous on-call services, exhibits,and meetings which has included previous
Record of Survey and Lot Line Adjustment costs.It is difficult to predict fixed fees for on-call services,but listed below is
our schedule of fees for the full range of services that we provide.
