This first amendment ("First Amendment") to the agreement dated July 2, 2019
("Agreement"), by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation ("City"), and
Pinnacle Petroleum, Inc ("Contractor"), is made and entered into this 17th day of November, 2020
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of City and Contractor to amend Exhibit "B" of their existing
Agreement, titled "Price and Fee Schedule,"
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Contractor agree as follows
AGREEMENT
Section 1 The Price and Fee Schedule contained within Exhibit "B" of the Agreement
is hereby deleted in its entirety, and substituted with a Price and Fee Schedule in the form attached
hereto as Exhibit "1 "
Section 2 All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this First
Amendment and in effect
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this First Amendment, to be effective
as of this 17th day of November, 2020
