This second amendment ("Second Amendment") to the agreement for the provision of
professional financial services to complete water, wastewater, and recycled/non-potable water rate
studies ("Agreement") dated March 5, 2019 ("Effective Date"), by and between the City of
Redlands, a municipal corporation ("City"), and Raftelis Financial Consultants, Inc
("Consultant"), is made and entered into this 17th day of November, 2020
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of City and Consultant to amend Article 5 1 of the Agreement
to increase Consultant's total compensation of ninety five thousand four hundred eighty eight
dollars ($95,488), to the amount of one hundred fifty thousand seven hundred sixty nine dollars
($150,769),
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Consultant agree as follows
AGREEMENT
Section 1 Section 5 1 of the Agreement, titled "Payments to Consultant," is hereby
amended to read as follows
"5 1 Total compensation for Consultant's performance of the Services shall not exceed
the amount of one hundred fifty thousand seven hundred sixty nine dollars ($150,769) City shall
pay Consultant on a time and materials basis up to the not to exceed amount in accordance with
Exhibit "B," titled "Cost Proposal," which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference "
Section 2 The total compensation for Consultant pursuant to Exhibit "B" of the
Agreement, titled "Cost Proposal," is hereby amended to include the work that is identified in
Exhibit "1 "
Section 3 All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this First
Amendment and in effect
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Second Amendment to be
effective as of November 17, 2020
