A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO 4805 TO ELIMINATE A "NO PARKING ZONE"
AT 1041 EAST BROCKTON AVENUE
WHEREAS, pursuant to studies made under authority of Title 10 of the Redlands Municipal
Code, and the presentation of infonnation gained in such studies, the City Council of the City of
Redlands has established by Resolution No 4805 a "no parking" zone at 1041 East Brockton
Avenue to facilitate a nursery school bus service for Redlands Day Nursery, and
WHEREAS, representations of Redlands Day Nursery have informed the City that it is no
longer providing nursery school bus services, and
WHEREAS, the City's Traffic and Parking Commission has recommended removal of the "no
parking" zone restrictions established by Resolution No 4805,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Redlands as follows
SECTION ONE Section 2 of the City of Redlands' Resolution No 4805 relating to parking
constraints at 1041 East Brockton Avenue is hereby deleted
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 4th day of September, 2007

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO 4805 TO ELIMINATE A 'NO PARKING ZONE'
AT 1041 EAST BROCKTON AVENUE.
WHEREAS, pursuant to studies made under authority of Title 10 of the Redlands Municipal
Code, and the presentation of information gained in such studies, the City Council of the City of
Redlands has established by Resolution No. 4805 a `no parking zone at 1041 East Brockton
Avenue to facilitate a nursery school bus service for Redlands Day Nursery and
WHEREAS, representations of Redlands Day Nursery have informed the City that it is no
longer providing nursery school bus services; and

NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Redlands as follows:
SECTION ONE. Section 2 of the City of Redlands' Resolution No. 4805 relating to parking
constraints at 1041 East Brockton Avenue is hereby deleted.
