This second amendment ("Second Amendment") to the agreement for the provision of
professional engineering services to complete supervisory control and data acquisition
("SCADA') design and integration (` Agreement") dated December 18, 2018 (` Agreement"), by
and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation ("City"), and Tesco Controls, Inc.
("Consultant"), is made and entered into this 1st day of December, 2020.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Consultant to amend Article 3 of their existing
Agreement to update the name of the City's representative from former representative Chris
Boatman, to the current representative, Ross Wittman; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Consultant to amend Article 4 of their existing
Agreement, specifically to extend the time for completion of Consultant's performance of the
Services to December 18, 2021
NOW THEREFORE, City and Consultant agree as follows:
AGREEMENT
Section 1 Article 3 of the Agreement, titled `Responsibilities of City is hereby
amended to read as follows:
'3.2 City designates Ross Wittman, Municipal Utilities and Engineering Department
Senior Project Manager, as City's representative with respect to performance of the Services, and
such person shall have the authority to transmit instructions, receive information, interpret and
define City's policies and decisions with respect to performance of the Services.
Section 2. Article 4 of the Agreement, titled `Performance of Services' is hereby
amended to read as follows:
'4.2 The term of this Agreement shall be for a period of three (3) years commencing as
of the Effective Date, unless terminated earlier as provided herein.
Section 3. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this
Second Amendment and in effect.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Second Amendment, to be
effective as of December 1, 2020
