Standard Provisions Under the PB System TM Support Services Agreement and any previous amendments thereto (referred to herein as Agreement") between PlanetBids, Inc (PlanetBids) and the City of Redlands (referred herein as 'Customer") Planetbids shall remain bound to the terms of the Agreement, except to the extent the terms of this Amendment conflict with the Agreement or a previous amendment, in which case this Amendment shall supersede. Nothing in this Amendment relieves PlanetBids of its obligation to perform as required by the Agreement or any previous amendment unless expressly stated herein. 2. Agreement Revisions A. Scope of Work PlanetBids and Customer agree that Section 2, Fees and Payments, on page 2 of the PlanetBids Support Services Agreement shall be amended as summarized in Revision 1 herein and as outlined in Table (A) herewith. Revision 1 Effective Date: Effective December 1 2020 PlanetBids and Customer agree to: a) Add four (4) PB SystemTM full user licenses, to the existing six (6) full user licenses, for a total of ten (10) full user licenses, starting December 1 2020 B. Costs PlanetBids and Customer agree: a) To add four (4) PB SystemTM full user licenses based on a fee starting at $5,600/Year 1 for a total of ten (10) full user licenses to the current PB System TM Vendor Management and Bid Management modules. The prorated fee for Year 1 from December 1 2020 to February 2, 2021 is for the four (4) full user licenses and amounts to $981.92. Thereafter the yearly fees outlined in Table (A) are due at the beginning of each year and within 30 days. Fees remain unchanged for Year 2 and Year 3. A 3% fee applies for Year 4 Year 5 remains unchanged. There is no setup fee.
