2 (Supplemental Fire Protection)
3t THIS FIRST MENDrLENT TO AGREEMENT, dated for convenience October 1, 1980,
4! is entered into among the CITIES OF COLTON, LOMA LINDA, REDLANDS, RIALTO, and
5 SAN BERNARDINO and the CENTRAL VALLEY FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT. �
61', The parties agree as follows:
71 1. Recitals.
8 (a) The Cities of Colton, Loma Linda, Redlands, Rialto and

9c; San Bernardino and the Fire Districts of Bloomington, Fontana and Muscoy
10 entered into an agreement executed by the last party on June 12, 1972,
11 ("the agreement") , relating to supplemental fire protection.
12 (b) The Fire Districts of Bloomington, Fontana and Muscoy have
13 been succeeded by the Central Dalley Fire Protection District.
14[ 2. Amendment. The parties hereto amend the agreement to substitute
15!' the Central Valley Fire Protection District as a party to the agreement f
16; in place of the Fire Districts of Bloomington, Fontana and Muscoy .
17 3. Other Provisions. All other terms, conditions and covenants of
181:' the agreement shall remain the same and be in full force and effect.

19 ' IN WITNESS IMEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this First
20 Amendment to Agreement on the dates hereafter set forth.
