Re: Citrus Grove Agreement with Commerce Environments Regarding
Tentative Tract No. 12174
Dear Bill :
This is a Letter Agreement between the City of Redlands, a 00
municipal corporation (hereinafter called "City) and Commerce
Environments, their heirs, successors, assignees, and mortgagees
(hereinafter called "Applicant"). �y

In consideration for approval of Tentative Tract Plumber Q
12174 by the City Council of the City of Redlands, and as' a CJ1
condition of said approval , Applicant agrees to maintain the 2�
existing citrus groves located on said Tentative Tract in good
condition until the commencement of construction, or to have
them removed, in compliance with Section 28(C) of Ordinance
No. 1562 of the City. The term of this Agreement shall not
expire until expiration of Tentative Tract No. 12174.
If the Applicant and the City agree to the terms of this Agreement
as outlined above, this Letter Agreement should be executed by
the parties in the spaces indicated below, in the presence of
a Notary Public, and thereafter recorded in the Office of the
County Recorder as required by Ordinance No. 1562.
