Re : Citrus grove agreement with Rossmore
Investments and FMK Inc. re Tentative
Tract No. 12083
Dear Bill :
This is a letter agreement between the City of
Redlands, a municipal corporation (hereinafter called
"City") and Rossmore Investments and FMK Inc . , their
heirs , successors , assignees and mortgagees (hereinafter
called "Applicant") .
In consideration for tentative approval of
Tentative Tract No . 12083 by the Planning Commission
of the City of Redlands , and as a condition of said
approval , Applicant agrees to maintain the citrus groves
located on said tentative tract in good condition until
the start of construction, or to have them removed, in
compliance with Section 28(c) of Ordinance No. 1562 of
the City. The term of this agreement shall not expire
until expiration of Tentative Tract No . 12083 .
If the Applicant and the City agree to the terms
of this agreement as outlined above , this letter agree-
ment should be executed by the parties in the spaces
indicated below, in the presence of a notary public ,
