Wag the undersigned owners of Tract No, 1882
being the Carter Tract Terrace, hereby agree to put in
curbs and gutters on all streets dedicated to public use
in this subdivision and to have the surface of said streets
graded and oiled as required by specifications therefor on
file in. the office of the City Engineer of the City .of Red,.
lands. This work to be done as soonas the ground of the
roadway has become suffieiently eettled and compacted in
order that.o.urb and gutters can be satisfactorily constructed
thereon. If said streets are not so, improved we hereby pe
tition the Board of Trustees to order said work done under
the 1911 Street Act.
Witness our hands this 2nd day of July 1924.
