The Museum accepts gets and bequests without any limiting conditions unless such conditions are stipulated in writing by the donor. 2. The Museum may accept loans for any length of time stipulated by the owner. If no stipulation is made, the loan is recorded as an "indefinite loan" and will be returned on demand, or at the desire of the museum. S. In event of the lender's death, his legal representatives may demand possession of the objects loaned. The Museum Board of Trustees may demand proof of authority from such legal repre- sentatives. If proper legal claim is not presented to the Museor within 90 days of the lender's death, the objects in - question will become the property of the San Bernardino County Museum. 4. In case of loss or damage by theft, fire, or other causes, the Museum will not be responsible for loaned objects beyond the terms of such insurance policy or policies as the Museum carries.' S. The Museum will not permit photographing or copying of loaned objects without written consent of the owner. .
