Re: Renewal of City's Property/DIC Insurance
Dear Sirs:
We are pleased to present the renewal quotation from Lexington Insurance
Company for the City's Property/Difference In Conditions Insurance. Terms are
$438,328 premium and fees for $200,000,000 per occurrence for all Risks of
Direct Physical Loss subject to sublimits of $10,000,000 annual Aggregate for
Earthmovement, and $10,000,000 annual Aggregate for Flood, subject to the
following Deductibles: $10,000 per occurrence all risk; 5% .for Earthmovement
per unit/per location subject to minimum of$100,000; and $100,000 per
occurrence on Flood except 5% per unit/per location subject to minimum of
$1,000,000 for locations wholly or partially within special Flood Hazard Areas..
Hub International Insurance Services Inc is hereby authorized to bind and renew
coverage.
