HomeMy WebLinkAbout6459RESOLUTION NO 6459 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING RESOLUTION NO 6105 AMENDING THE EAST VALLEY CORRIDOR SPECIFIC PLAN (SPECIFIC PLAN NO 40 AMENDMENT NO 35) AS IT RELATES TO LAND USE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands as follows Section 1 Specific Plan No 40 is hereby amended by the adoption of this Amendment No 35, amending the land use on approximately 9 5 acres located on the east side of Nevada Street, immediately south of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway and 122 feet north of Redlands Boulevard from EV/CG, General Commercial District of the East Valley Corridor Specific Plan to EV/TC, Commercial Transition District of the East Valley Corridor Specific as shown on the map attached hereto as on Exhibit "A" and amend the East Valley Corridor Specific Plan Land Use District Map on page D3-2 as indicated on Exhibit "B " ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 6th day of December, 2005 ATTEST r 74,( or of the City of Redlands Lome Poyzer, C I, Lorne Poyzer, Clerk of the City of Redlands, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 6th day of December, 2005 by the following vote AYES Councilmembers Gilbreath, Peppler, Gallagher, Mayor Harrison NOES Councilmember Gil ABSENT None ABSTAIN None ..rte.
