ASSOCIATED WITH THE REPLANTING OF A CITRUS GROVE FOR.
THE CITY OF REDLANDS
This first amendment("First Amendment")to the agreement to perform services associated with
the replanting of a citrus(grove for the City of Redlands dated April 9,2012,(the"_Agreement"),by and

between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation ("City"), and Larry Jacinto Farming
(`Contractor"), is made and entered into this 26th day of April, 2012.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of City and Contractor to amend their existing Agreement,
specifically Section 4.1 entitled"Payment and Notice,"to increase Contractor's total compensation by
Seven Thousand Dollars 07,000) for the perfon-nance of certain additional Services associated with
installation of additional irrigation equipment;
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Contractor agree as follows:

AGREEMENT
Section 1. Section 4.1 of the Agreement,entitled"Payment and Notice"is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"For the performance of the Services, City will pay Contractor the sum of ThirtyNine Thousand
Eight Hundred Eighteen and 5011100 Dollars (539,818.50) as full compensation for the Services."
Section 2. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by the First

Amendment, and in effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the parties have executed this First Amendment,to be effective as of
April 26, 2012.
