Home My WebLink About6512RESOLUTION NO 6512 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS RELATING TO FEES FOR THE SALE OF CEMETERY PLOTS, CRYPTS, NICHES, SETTINGS OF MARKERS AND MISCELLANEOUS SERVICES WHEREAS, the City of Redlands operates and maintains a public cemetery at Hillside Memorial Park, and WHEREAS, the Cemetery Division ofthe Municipal Utilities Department provides for the sale to the general public of various plots, crypts, orches, miscellaneous supplies related to cemetery operations and services relating to the setting of markers and lettering of mausoleum shutters, and WHEREAS, based upon studies undertaken by the Cemetery Division to determine the cost of property, materials and services available for sale, the City Council ofthe City of Redlands has determined that the fees charged by the City should be in amounts sufficient to cover the costs reasonable borne by the City in connection with the sale of property, materials and services, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands as follows Section 1 The fees for the sale of property, matenals and services provided by the City at Hillside Memorial Park as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto are hereby adopted Section 2. Resolution Nos 5443 and 5595 ate hereby rescinded Section 3 This Resolution shall take effect upon adoption ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 5th day of July, 2006.
