A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO 6105 RELATING TO THE EAST VALLEY
CORRIDOR SPECIFIC PLAN (SPECIFIC PLAN NO 40)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AS FOLLOWS
Section 1 The land use district map of the East Valley Corridor Specific Plan designated
as Page D3-2 of Specific Plan No 40 as adopted by Resolution No 6105 is hereby amended by
changing the land use designation for three contiguous parcels totaling 7 5 acres, located on the
northeast corner of Alabama Street and Orange Avenue, from EV/AP, Administrative Professional
District to EV/2500RM, Multiple Family Residential -2500 District as shown on the map attached
hereto as Exhibit "A"
Section 2 This Resolution shall take effect upon the effective date of Resolution No 6566
of the City of Redlands
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 20th day of February, 2007
