HomeMy WebLinkAbout6566RESOLUTION NO 6566 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ADOPTING AMENDMENT NO 2007-1-1 TO THE REDLANDS GENERAL PLAN WHEREAS, in accordance with Government Code section 65353, the Planning Commission of the City of Redlands has reviewed proposed amendment number 2007-1-1 to the Redlands General Plan and made a written recommendation for adoption of such amendment to the City Council after holding a noticed public heanng, and WHEREAS, notice of this City Council's public hearing for the proposed amendment was duly published in the Redlands Daily Facts by the Redlands City Clerk, and WHEREAS, following a public hearing on the proposed amendment, at which this City Council provided opportunity for public testimony, the City Council determined that adoption of the proposed amendment is in the best interest of the public health, safety and general welfare, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands that the following amendment to the General Plan for calendar year 2007 be adopted Section 1.
