PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING SERVICES FOR A
PRIVATE PROJECT
This first amendment ("First Amendment") to the agreement for the provision of
Professional Environmental Consulting Services ("Agreement") dated August 12th, 2020 by and
between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation ("City"), and Michael Baker International,
Inc ("Consultant"), is made and entered into this 7th day of January, 2021
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Consultant to amend their existing Agreement,
to extend the time for completion of the services to October 10, 2021,
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Consultant agree as follows
AGREEMENT
Section 1 Section 4 1 of the Agreement, titled "Performance of Services," is hereby
amended to read as follows
"4.1 Consultant shall perform and complete the Services in accordance with the project
schedule The Services shall commence on the Effective Date of this Agreement and be completed
on or before October 10, 2021 "
Section 2. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this First
Amendment and in effect
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this First Amendment. to be effective
as of January 7, 2021
