AGREEMENT
(Covenant Running With The '.,and)
THIS COVENANT, dated the clay of
is made and entered by and between THE CITY OF R DLA DS, hereinafter
called "CITY" , and

hereinafter called "OWNER" , as a Covenant Running With The Land.
Recitals
1 . Owner owns the real property situate in the County of
San Bernardino, State of California, described on Exhibit A attached
hereto, and incorporated as a part of this covenant, and hereinafter
referred to as "property" .
2 . Owner desires to obtain a domestic family dwelling water
connection to the Redlands Domestic Water System,
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the covenant contained herein
the City and the Owner- agree as follows .
- I. - That Owner may make a connection to the Redlands Domestic
Water System for a domestic family dwelling subject to the terms, g
conditions, and requirements of all ordinances, resolutions, ruler-,
cod I
and rates adopted by the City, and performance by Owner of the Co
covenants herein. ,
2 . That Owner shall annex property to the City of Redlands
no later than 120 days after the City makes a written request for
such annexation by personal delivery to Owner or by registered letter,
deposited at a United States Port Office, bearing the following
address:

3 . That Owner shall be charged and pay twice the grater rates
established by City ordinance or resolution for service to properties

situate outside City upon owner' s failure to consent to annexation
of property no later than 120 days after the request to do so.
The rates which shall be doubled in the event of Owner ' s refusal
to annex shall be the outside rates in effect on the 121st day
after the City' s request for annexation.
4. That this covenant shall be recorded in the office of
the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, a covenant running
with the land described herein, which covenant shall obligate and
be binding upon Owner , his assigns , transferees , executors , trustees ,
and every other successor in interest.

t. Valves, fire hydrants and other water line oppurtances,
horizontal and vertical location of water main shall be t
determined by the City of Redlands at the time of
construction.
2. Water construction shall be per Standard City of Redlands
specification.
