(Covenant Running With The Land)
THIS COVENANT, dated the , m>` day of

called "CITY" , and
hereinafter called "OWNER" , as a Covenant Running With The Land.
Recitals
1. Owner awns the real, property situate in the County of
Sin Bernardino, State of California, described on F xhibit A atvta&ted
hereto, and incorporated as a part of this covenant, and hereinafter
referred to as "property" .
2 . Owner desires to obtain a domestic family dwelling wafer
connection to the Redlands .Domestic Water System.
FOR. AND IN CONSIDERATION of the covenant contained herein
the City and the Owner agree as follows :
1. That Owner may make a connection to the Redlands 'Dome;stic
Water System for a domestic family dwelling subject to the terms,
conditions, and requirements of all ordinances, resolutions, rules,
and rates adapted by the City, and performance by owner of the
covenants herein .
2 . That Owner shall annex property to the City of Redlands
no later than 120 days after the City makes a written request: for
such annexation by personal delivery to Owner or by registered letter,
deposited at a United States Post Office, bearing the following
address:

3 . That Owner shall. be charged and pay twice the water rates
established by City ordinance or resolution for service to properties

situate outside City upon Owner' s failure to consent to annexation
of property no later than 120 days after the request to do so. 4}

The rates which shall be doubled in the event of Owner ' s refusal
to annex shall be the outside rates in effect on the 121st day
after the City' s request for annexation.
4. That this covenant shall be recorded in the office of
the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, a covenant running
with the land described herein, which covenant shall obligate and
be binding upon Owner , his assigns , transferees , executors , trustees ,
and every other successor in interest.
