Plymouth Village and City of Redlands
CONTRACT: ABHOW, dba Plymouth Village (900 Salem Drive, Redlands, CA
92373)- hereafter,"Plymouth Village"—agrees to provide a Healthy Snack-to-go as
required by The City of Redlands—hereafter. This contract is for five days a week,
Monday through Friday beginning July 8h 2013 through August 9th 2013.
MENU: -Plymouth Village will provide a 5 week(5 days a week, Monday through
Friday) snack cycle. All snacks are made fresh daily. Plymouth Village agrees to provide
a snack consisting (1) starch, (1) vegetable, fruit, or protein, and 1) 8-ounce 2%milk or 4
oz Juice. Menus may be adjusted upon request or agreement between both parties.
Plymouth Village menus are subject to approval by a Registered Dietician and shall meet
Title III RDA
FOOD SAFETY AND SANITATION: Food time and temperature will be recorded at
Plymouth Village prior to release of items. These records will be maintained by Plymouth
Village for one year. Plymouth Village will not be held responsible for food handling
after the point of pick-up has occurred, The City of Redlands agrees to hold Plymouth
Village harmless of any degradation of food quality, purity, temperature and/or sanitation
after the point of pick-up.
MEAL ORDERING: The City of Redlands will provide Plymouth Village a meal count
for the following delivery day by 5:OOPM the day before. As a reference, at the time of
signing of this contract, the average daily meal count is 30.
Pick-Up LOCATION AND TIME: Plymouth Village will have all food ready for pick-
up by I O:OOAM at 945 Salem Drive, Redlands CA 92373.
CHARGES: City of Redlands agrees to pay Plymouth Village $2.50 per snack for the
entire 5 week program. Plymouth Village will track snacks picked-up and invoice City of
Redlands at the close of the Five-Week program. City of Redlands will pay the invoice
within ten(10)working days from the date of invoice. Payment can be made by check
payable to Plymouth Village Dining Services.
