WHEREAS, the Redlands Unified School District owns an elementary
school site located at Judson Avenue and Pennsylvania Avenue extended and,
WHEREAS, said site is approximately ten (10) acres in size and
planted in citrus and,
WHEREAS, said site is immediately south of a ten acre future work
site owned by the City of Redlands and also planted in citrus and,
WHEREAS, the two above sites were previously farmed as a twenty
(20) acre citrus grove and developed to be farmed as such. It is therefore,
RESOLVED that the City of Redlands will manage the combined twenty
acres of citrus on behalf of both city and schools and that city and schools
will share equally in the cost of farming and the profits received therefrom.
Be it further,
RESOLVED, that this agreement commence March 9, 1979 and may be
cancelled by letter at the end of each crop year but not later than June 30, 1982®
