A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ADOPTING
AMENDMENT NO 95 TO THE REDLANDS GENERAL PLAN
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Redlands has reviewed a proposed
amendment to the General Plan and recommended adoption of such amendment after holding a
public hearing upon notice in accordance with the Government Code of the State of California, and
WHEREAS, on November 26, 2003, a notice of public hearing was published in the
Redlands Daily Facts by the Redlands' City Cleric, and
WHEREAS, following a public hearing, the City Council determined that the proposed
amendment is in the interest of the public health, safety and general welfare, and
WHEREAS, all of the provisions of the Government Code relating to the amendment of the
Redlands General Plan have been complied with,
follows
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands as
AMENDMENT NO 95
TO THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
The land use designation of the General Plan for two parcels located at 224-226 Nordina
Street shall be changed from "Medium Density" to "Residential" as designated on the attached
Exhibit "A "
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 16th day of December, 2003

I, Lorne Poyzer, Clerk of the City of Redlands, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 16th day of December, 2003
