COUNTY, CALIF.
The parties to this agreement , dated this twenty-eight day of November
11) 79 . are the City of Redlands , a Municipal Corporationi
called "City", and Shirley D. and Donna M. Ulch
including all assignees , heirs , mortgagees , an successors in interest ,
hereinafter called "Applicant. ''
RECITAL
WHEREAS the Planning Commission, in its approval of Relocation of Seepage Pit-
has required the installation of a sanitary sewer along the frontage_
applicants ' property shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part
of this agreement , and
WHEREAS the City Council has authority to suspend the requirement for
installation of a sanitary sewer provided that such an action will not
aiversely Kfect the health , safety, and welfare of, the public al-- ' f-urther
provided that appellant agrees in writing to install the required sanitary
sewer when the City deems it necessary, and that such agreemen; shall be
recorded with the County Recorder by the City Clerk.
COVENANTS
Applicant hereby covenants as follows :
1 . To install a sanitry sewer along the frontage of their property
shown on Exhibit "A" at such time as the required installation
win rrovide for a comp letPJ W ns"Ie system -
2 . This agreement shall be binding upon and enforceable against
applicants and all assignees , heirs , nortgagees , and successors
in intorest , and shall be recorded in the office of the County
Recorder.
3 . if applicant or any successor in imerest falls to comply with
any term of this agreement or acts contrary to any ordinancc
of t City of Redlands , the City may initiate proceedings anc
file a proper action to enforce this agreement . Applicant and
all successors in interest agree to pay all casts Of suit
reasonable attorney' s fees for such action -

1 That on the twenieth day of Novembar 19 79 the Cit�-

adversely affect the health, safety , and welfare of the pubila .
2 . That the requirement to install sanitary sewer along the frontaye
of the applicant ' s property shown on Exhibit "A" is hereby
suspended provided that applicants agree in writing to install
the sanitary sewer at such time as the required installation wili
provide for a completed and useable system.

CONSTRUCTION NOTES
I.j MANHOLES AND OTHER SEWER DINE APPURTENANCES HORIZONTAL_ AND
VERTICAL LOCATION OF SEWER RAIN SHALL BE DETERMINED BY THE
CITY OF REDLANDS AT THE TIME OF CONSTRUCTION.
2.) SEWER CONSTRUCTION SHALL_ BE PER STANDARD CITY OF REDLtiANDS
SPECIFICATION.
