FOR MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES
This first amendment("First Amendment")to the agreement to provide maintenance and repair
agreement
dated April 2, 2013 (the "Agreement"), by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal
corporation("City")and Southern California Fleet Services, Inc. ("Contractor")is made and entered
into this 3rd day of September, 2013.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of City and Contractor to amend their existing Agreement,
specifically Section 5.1. to increase Contractor's total compensation for the performance of certain
Services;
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Contractor agree as follows:
AGREEMENT
Section 1. Section 5.1 of the Agreement is hereby amended to increase Contractor's
compensation and shall read as follows:
"The total compensation for Contractor's performance of the Services for the Initial Tenn,or
for any Renewal Term,shall not exceed the amount of One Hundred Thousand Dollars{$100,000)for
parts and supplies and Sixty Five Thousand Dollars ($65,000) for labor, for a total of One Hundred
Sixty Five Thousand Dollars ($165,000) per fiscal year. City shall pay Contractor on a time and
materials basis up to the not to exceed amount based upon the unit prices and hourly rates shown in
Exhibit `A.'"
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the parties have executed this First Amendment,to be effective as of
September 3, 2012.
