RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ADOPTING SPECIFIC
PLAN NO 58 AND AMENDING RESOLUTION NO 6105 RELATING TO THE EAST VALLEY
CORRIDOR SPECIFIC PLAN (SPECIFIC PLAN NO 40)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands as follows
Section 1. That Specific Plan No 58, a specific plan for a proposed development of 5 01
acres into a 64 unit condominium development located at the southwest corner of Orange Avenue
and Kansas Street is hereby adopted in the form attached as Exhibit "A "
Section 2. Specific Plan No 40, as adopted by Resolution No 6105, is hereby amended
by deleting from Specific Plan No 40 the territory described in Exhibit "B" attached hereto
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 1,7 day of Fehr>>a ry , 2004
