A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
ADOPTING GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT NO 2004-1 TO REVISE THE
OFFICIAL LAND USE MAP OF THE REDLANDS GENERAL PLAN
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Redlands, after a duly noticed public
hearing, has recommended approval of an amendment to the official land use map of the Redlands
General Plan, and
WHEREAS, on March 16, 2004, the City Council held a public hearing on the proposed
General Plan amendment and determined that approval of the amendment was appropriate,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands that
the following amendment to the General Plan be adopted
AMENDMENT NO 2004-1 TO THE
GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
The General Plan land use designation from for twelve non-contiguous parcels generally
located on the south side of Redlands Boulevard beginning on the west side of Iowa Street and
ending 650 feet west of New Jersey Street, as more specifically shown in the attached Exhibit "A,"
shall be changed from Commercial/Industrial to Commercial
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 16th day of March, 2004

resolution was duly adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting thereof held on the 15th day
of October 2002, by the following vote
