A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO 6105 RELATING TO THE EAST VALLEY
CORRIDOR SPECIFIC PLAN (SPECIFIC PLAN NO 40)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands as follows
Section 1. The land use district map of the East Valley Corridor Specific Plan designated
as page D3-2 of Specific Plan No 40, as adopted by Resolution No 6105, is hereby amended by
changing the land use designation for twelve (12) noncontiguous parcels, generally located along the
south side of Redlands Boulevard from the west side of Iowa Street to 650 feet west of New Jersey
Street, and one 1 88 acre parcel located on the east side of Kansas Street approximately 300 feet
south of Redlands Boulevard, from the EV/IC (Commercial Industrial) District to the EV/CG
(General Commercial) District as shown on the map attached hereto as Exhibit "A "
Section 2 This Resolution shall take effect upon the effective date of Resolution No 6253
of the City Council of the City of Redlands
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 16th day of March, 2004
