CONSULTING SERVICES FOR LANDFILL GAS ENGINEERING
SUPPORT AND REPORTING FOR THE CITY OF REDLANDS
CALIFORNIA STREET LANDFILL
This first amendment ("First Amendment") to the agreement to perform consulting services
for landfill gas engineering support and reporting for the City of Redlands California Street landfill
dated October 18, 2011 (the "Agreement"), by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal
corporation (-City"), and Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. ("Consultant"), is made and entered into
this 3rd day of July, 2012.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of City and Consultant to amend their existing Agreement,
specifically Section 5.1 relating to compensation, to increase Consultant's total compensation by
Fifty Six Thousand One Hundred Forty Dollars ($ 56,140) for Consultant's performance of certain
additional Services hereinafter described;
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Consultant agree as follows:
AGREEMENT
Section 1. Section 5.1 of the Agreement relating to compensation is hereby amended to
read as follows:
"5.1 The total compensation for Consultant's performance of the Services shall be in the
amount of One Hundred Ninety Seven Thousand Two Hundred Sixty Dollars ($
197,260). City shall pay Consultant the fixed amounts for each respective comprising the
Services."
Section 2. Exhibit "A" of the Agreement, entitled "Scope of Services," is hereby
amended to add to Consultant's Services the specific tasks identified in Exhibit "I" which is
attached to this First Amendment and incorporated herein by this reference.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this First Amendment, to be effective
as of July 3, 2012.
