(Covenant Running With The Land)
THIS COVENANT, dated the day of lg ,
is made and entered by and between THE CITY OF REDLANDS, hereinafter
called "CITY" , and € tatdt L 1k-4t
hereinafter called "OWNER" , as a Covenant Running With The Land..
Recitals
1. Owner owns the real property situate in the County of
San Bernardino, State of California, described on Exhibit A attached
hereto, and incorporated as a part of this covenant, and hereinafter Cr
referred to as "property" .
2 . Owner desires to obtain a domestic family dwelling water
connection to the Redlands Domestic Water System.
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the covenant contained herein
the City and the Owner agree as follows:
1 . That Owner may make a .connection to the Redlands -Domestic
.Mater System for a domestic family dwelling subject to the terms,
conditions, and requirements of- all ordinances, resolutions, rules,
and rates adopted by the City, and performance by Owner of the
covenants herein.
2 . That Owner shall annex property to the City of Redlands
no later than 120 days after the City makes a written request for
such annexation by personal delivery to Owner or by registered letter,
deposited at a United States Post Office, bearing the following
address :

situate outside City upon Owner' s failure to consent to annexation
of property no later than 120 days after the request to do so.
The rates which shall be doubled in the event of Owner ' s refusal
to annex shall be the outside rates in effect on the 121st day
after the City' s request for annexation.
4. That this covenant shall be recorded in the office of
the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, a covenant running
with the land described herein, which covenant shall obligate and
be binding upon Owner , his assigns, transferees, executors, trustees,
and every other successor in interest.

The west 265 feet of that portion of Block 1 of the Barton Ranch,
in the County of San Bernardino, State of California, as per plat
recorded in Book 6 of Maps, page 19, records of said County, also
shown on Map of Block 1, Barton Ranch, recorded in Book 4, page 65,
records of Survey, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the center line of New Jersey
Street and Orange Avenue; thence North 89030' West 615 feet along
the said center line of Orange Avenue; thence South 412 feet;
thence South 890 301 East 615 . 24 feet, parallel to the said center
line of Orange Avenue to the center line of New Jersey Street;
thence North 00 021 West 412 feet along the said center line of
New Jersey Street to the point of beginning.

Beginning at a point in the center line of New Jersey Street,
South 01 02 ' East, 412 feet from its interesection with the center
line of orange Avenue; thence North 89130 ' West 615.24 feet
parallel to said center line of Orange Avenue; thence South 310. 06
feet to the center line of Mill Creek Zanja; thence along said
center line of Mill Creek Zanja, South 671 53 ' East 132. 25 feet;
thence South 84* 531 East, 123. 59 feet; thence South 70* 33' East
110 feet; thence South 881 04 ' East, 137. 78 feet; thence South
84' 02 ' East 130 feet to the center line of New Jersey Street;
thence North- 00 021 West 420 feet to the point of beginning.
