AGREEMENT
(Covenant Running With The Land)

is made and entered by and between THE CITY CE REDLANDS, hereinafter
called "CITY" , and Ov

Recitals
Partner
1. Own owns the real property situate in the County of
San Bernardino, State of California, described on Exhibit A attached
hereto, and incorporated as a part of this covenant, and hereinafter
referred to as "property" .

2 . te desires to obtain a domestic family dwelling water
connection to the Redlands Domestic Water System.
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the covenant contained herein

1. That OwrW may make a .connection to the Redlands "Domestic
Water System for a domestic family dwelling subject to the terms,
conditions, and requirements of- all ordinances, resolutions, rules,

covenants herein.

2 . That OWftok shall annex property to the City of Redlands
no later than 120 days after the City makes a written request for

4. That this covenant shall be recorded in the office of
the County Recorder of Sari Bernardino County, a covenant running
with the land described herein, which covenant shall obligate and
